Is KaamDiary free to use?
Yes. KaamDiary is free to download and use — there's no subscription or hidden fee to mark attendance or track payments.
What's the difference between Worker mode and Contractor mode?
Worker mode is for marking your own attendance and tracking what contractors owe you. Contractor mode is for managing a crew — marking attendance for your workers and tracking what you owe each of them. If you do both, you can add both roles to the same account and switch any time.
Does it work in Hindi?
Yes — the whole app works in both Hindi and English. It opens in whichever language your phone is already set to, and you can switch either way from Settings.
Is my data safe?
Your ledger is tied to your signed-in account, not just one phone, so it's backed up even if you change devices. Read the full Privacy Policy for details on what's collected and how it's used.
How do the reminders work?
KaamDiary sends a gentle notification if a day's attendance hasn't been marked yet, and a couple of reminders a week to help settle pending payments — nothing more frequent than that.
